BORDEN GARDEN
DESIGNED GARDENS
A contemporary wall of glass added to the back façade of a Toronto Victorian, expands the perception of space as light flows in and views extend out to the garden. A walkout dining area in gravel, defined by a low steel wall and new cedar fence, is surrounded by a diverse palette of shade plants. Working with the clients’ architect, VTLA consulted on a new garage design with a sloped green roof that visually expands the inside/outside experience.
