Building on the dedicated work of current and past volunteers, staff and board members, VTLA is pleased to be collaborating with the Baxter Arts Centre (BAC) Board of Directors to design a unique barrier-free, accessible and welcoming front entrance experience for all!

Our design for this popular arts centre will include inclusive design options, permeable paving, integrated gardens for shade and wildlife, and new seating areas; all evocative of the eye-catching, colourful presence of the Baxter Arts Centre’s current building facade. These changes in the landscape strengthen the Baxter’s mission to support opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to be creative in their community.
